When you want to improve or add something to your product, customers will love it! But what if you want to take something away? When you need to discontinue a feature or change the direction of your product or service, you might fear angering your current and previous customers.
I'm currently phasing out a long-established feature of my products, and in today's episode I'll tell you how I made the decision to proceed and what the reaction from my audience has been.
